Re Fear of Flying: I recently returned from a trip and during an internal flight we narrowly avoided a huge electrical storm. As you can imagine the turbulence was horrific. And guess what? I was fine…. Thanks Jane!
When I went to see Jane I was facing a flight to the States and internal flights and I possessed an 11/10 fear of flying! I left the session feeling more confident but the proof was in the pudding……..and indeed the trip was fantastic and all due to the fact that I wasn’t paralysed with fear and the flights went without a hitch. I have nothing but praise for the time we spent together and felt that I moved from my fuzzy lines to a marshmallow feeling which I didn’t want to lose. You made me realise that my stress is unhealthy and my odd mannerisms are really the manifestation of this and should be recognised as my own warning system. I will recommend you to my mum and friends if anybody is at a time when they need some reassurance.

After your training, the presentation we gave was fantastic! They said it was the best they had seen. We couldn’t have done it without you!
I came away from our session VERY motivated. Monday, I achieved 10 tasks off my list, worked an hour longer than normal and enjoyed the feeling of achieving. Tuesday I achieved 15 tasks and Wednesday 15 again. I am now FAR more motivated, any lapse is fairly short-lived and I am far clearer in my thinking and dealing with problems at work. Previous performance with my demotivated, miserable self, this would all have taken about 2 weeks!
I am far more relaxed. I have made an effort to be nicer to everyone, even if they don’t deserve it!
My boss is chuffed with my new found enthusiasm! So a job well done and worth every penny.
